Kai is off until you turn it on. Before it reads anything, you confirm you're 18 or over, and the Meet Kai screen tells you that Kai runs on Anthropic's Claude, shows exactly what is sent and asks for your permission. Say no and the rest of Eliya works exactly the same.

What that means

Only your trainingKai sees a summary of your training: your recent workouts and runs, your programme and your next race. Never your name, email, birthday, gender, weight, height, location, food logs or account ID.

Kept in AustraliaYour account and training data are stored in Sydney.

Yours to takeDownload everything Eliya holds about you from Profile › Privacy, at any time.

Yours to deleteDelete your account in the app, or by email without it. Your data is deleted 7 days later.
